The character of Art the Clown first appeared as a supporting character in the 2008 short film The 9th Circle, which Leone wrote and directed. Leone later wrote and directed a short film titled Terrifier, which featured Art as the main antagonist and was released in 2011.

Modern Warfare is rated at 17+. If your profile was setup to only play games rated below that rating, it will stop you from being able to play that. There are parental controls associated with profiles that can be setup to only allow certain profiles to be able to play certain rated games.
