Religion plays a key role in most other major holidays such as Christmas, passover, easter, and Yom Kippur, but halloween is not usually associated with religion. There are several reasons why some people may choose not to celebrate Halloween. Some individuals or religious groups may have beliefs or traditions that conflict with the holiday's origins or practices.
